Terms of Trading
1. Business-to-business only
JP Deals works exclusively with businesses, traders, retailers and wholesalers. We do not sell to consumers.
2. Enquiries and quotations
Information on this website is for general guidance and is not a binding offer. Product availability, specifications, batch/best-before dates, minimum order quantities and prices are confirmed individually in writing (for example on a quotation, proforma or invoice) before any order is agreed.
3. Orders, payment and delivery
Payment terms, delivery or collection arrangements and timescales are agreed for each transaction. Goods should be inspected promptly on receipt and any issue reported to us in writing without delay.
4. Website content
We aim to keep website content accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or up to date. Brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners. Website design and text belong to JP Deals.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
6. Governing law
These terms and any trade discussions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
